- Workmanship Standard: Every job is tracked. Consistently high-quality work is rewarded with XP; substandard work will impact your guild standing and access to premium job postings.
- Confidentiality: Client data and job site specifics are strictly confidential. Sharing internal guild communications or trade secrets with external entities is prohibited.
- Safety Compliance: You agree to adhere to all safety regulations relevant to your trade. The Guild provides tracking and verification, but operational safety remains the responsibility of the operative.
- Mutual Respect: The Guild is built by workers, for workers. Professionalism and respect between operatives and clients are non-negotiable.
